Sharp Born in Rochester, New York in 1962, took classes in clarinets as well as cellos and pianos at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theatre at school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Other theatrical shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp read alongside writer August Wilson himself. Sharp's talents are not restricted to stage or screen. Sharp also wrote and co-written several projects. She sings as often as she can, and is currently working on a full-length album currently in the process of being recorded. Sharp, who is often in front or behind camera as well as in the studio for music, also loves staying in shape. Sharp studies Krav Maga as well as boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, go hiking and taking a long road trip. Sharp is a resident of Los Angeles, California with her family.
