She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders and teams as the biggest competitive benefit. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained leaders who have demonstrated effectiveness and outcomes. Her work helped to develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals as well as teams.
