Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She earned her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her college degree. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she placed third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and another heavy weight day.
